Nov. 12, 2004 - TWO UPDATES! Not just within a month, mind you, but TWO DAYS. As in sequential days. What is this world coming to? Well it was just a facelift for the main page. Tomorrow I might work on the rest of the site and make it more festive, too! I love Christmas!
Nov. 11, 2004 - I updated again, more joy. All I did was tweak a few things and simplified the fanfiction section. Here's to baby steps! I noticed, too, that it's almost time to put up the Christmas decorations! So the site will probably get a new look soon.
October 24, 2004 - I updated, joy. Simplified the layout, updated a few things, that's pretty much it. Not much else to say.
August 3, 2004 - I haven't updated in awhile have I? Well actually I updated Jewel a couple of times, just never got around to putting them up here. No big deal I suppose. I also fixed the guestbook to where people can post. I just got tired of spam in my guestbook. I'm looking for a guestbook that can block out spam, but I guess I can just delete the entries. Anyway, chapters 12 and 13 for Jewel are up. Later people.
May 3, 2004 - I fixed the art page, just a minor html problem. Now the art will load. Thanks to whoever left that note in my guestbook that brought that problem to my attention.
April 15, 2004 - WOAH I finally updated For Mature Readers Only, my lost little Neverending Story fic, which seems to be neverending, itself, not to mention slow-going. Oh well, that's it!
April 11, 2004 - Updated! And uploaded, as Ainself.net moved to a new server and I had to upload ALL of my stuff back. I may put off uploading Royal Images as this will take a good bit of time. But anyway, the updates...I updated Restless Spirit *AND* Jewel of Circumstance. So that is good. Happy easter!

Sept. 26, 2003 - Hahaha! I finally updated! Um...not much is updated. There's some new chapters for Restless Spirit and Jewel of Circumstance, and oddities here and there. Other than that, this is a boring update. Later!
May 21, 2003 - new location, as Ainself.net is gone. Featureprice went out of business, and I don't know if Ryo, the Ainself.net webmistress, will be able to afford another webhost anytime soon. So this is Obsession's new location. I also moved Royal Images to royalimages.freewebpage.org, where very little is uploaded. I got the screencaps, that is about it. I hope to get everything situated soon. Also note that the doujinshi section is gone for now, as I don't know if I will have enough space to have all these pictures. I may move the doujinshi to its own location.
April 8, 2003 - new chapter for 'Restless Spirit'. Chapter 10, halleluiah. I've never made it to chapter 10 on a fic before. I consider this quite an accomplishment.

January 26, 2003 - I put the fanart back online. No new pictures though. Sorry! Also took down the 'About me' section. It was such a waste. Pointless. No one really wants to know about me. I'm way too much excitement for y'all to handle.

January 4, 2003 - WHOOHOO!!! 2003 is here and I updated. First update of the year, people. WHOOHOO!!! Ok, I'm really not that excited, because all I did was give the site a semi-new look. I also revamped the fanart and fanfic sections. I have been writing, but I don't think many people read my fics. This really isn't a doujinshi site, but it keeps getting reffered to as such. Oh well...I like sharing doujinshi so it's not a big deal. I just wish I would get at least a *few* comments on my stories and pictures once in awhile.

November 24, 2002 - I don't normally get inspired to write poetry out of nowhere, but really these two poems I posted today didn't come from nowhere. I had some really awesome inspiration...well, if you could call it that. November 16, 2002 - Chapter 8 of Restless Spirit. I'm getting further in that story than I originally expected to...which is nice. Hopefully this one will make it to the final chapter.

It's my lame attempt to make it look better...however, you may also find that some things are missing, such as the fics, and the Current Obsessions page is very nearly blank. I also took down some of my fanart. I did add a link to the doujinshi page on the front page...easier access, you know. Bear with me while I try to fix everything.

September 23, 2002 - Small update, just added some teaser pics for that 'Raku en' doujinshi. I'm past caring if people are offended...especially since I've gotten a lot of requests for it anyway. Look for this site to get a change in looks soon, hopefully in the near future. I may take it down for a bit while I'm working on it, but who knows. I also don't know when I'll get around to it, I just know it needs a change. Big time. So I'm thinking up some things to do to it...some suggestions would be nice, but I doubt I'll get any. So I won't even ask. However, if by some chance you feel the need to express your opinion, please do.

April 18, 2002 - New story in the Fanfics section. A 'Seven' fanfiction, set after the movie, from Detective Somerset's POV. It's one of my favorite movies, and for some odd reason I had a moment of inspiration to write a fic for it. Lots and lots of cussing, just like the movie.

January 21, 2002 - Five new pictures up in the fanart section. Four Final Fantasy X pics, and one other weird pic. I'm really addicted to that game. I just beat it Friday, and was completely knocked over by the ending. It so rocks! So, I've drawn pics of my two favorite characters. I'm actually thinking of making a Final Fantasy X page, actually a shrine to Auron and/or Jecht. Not yaoi! I just think they're awesome. What do you think? Oh, also a 'Future Events' section is up, telling my plans for future projects.

It hasn't been proofed but I don't care cause it's not that bad! I also added a Lord of the Rings poem in the Fanfics section, called Frodo's Poem. It's just a little something I whipped up one day and I rather like it. Now go forth and read!

November 3, 2001 - New fic! Restless Spirit is the name, and it's based on an old movie called The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. If you've never seen that movie, and you like old movies, I seriously reccomend looking for it. It is quite awesome. Anyway, new fic starring Xelloss and Filia, go check it out!

My rants could range from thoughts and analyzations of my stories, to what's going on in the world, to how crappy I feel that day, to 'I'm sick of these socks, they make my feet itch." September 14, 2001 - I have added another chapter to my Crow/Slayers fic, despite the fact that I am not really happy with it, but I'm not really happy with anything right now. I apologize ahead of time if I decide to change it or delete it altogether, but I may keep it. It may grow on me. I also want to apologize for anyone who read my memorial message yesterday and was hurt or offended by it. I have changed it. May God bless the families of the victims and I hold to the ideal that peace is possible on this world...whether it will ever happen or not. August 22, 2001 - Nothing special, really, just fooled around and added some graphics to a few pages. Someone emailed me the other day and asked when "Shadowy Bonds" was going to be updated, and I haven't been able to email this person back because I keep getting a failed delivery message. So...in response to their question, my answer is that I have no clue when it will be updated. I can explain why. The best time to write for me is when I get hit over the head with inspiration because that's when I write the best stuff. When I got 'inspired' as I like to call it to write The Crow/Slayers crossover, I wrote forty pages in what seemed like no time. I had had the idea before, but didn't really have down what I thought would happen in the story. But the problem with me and inspiration is that it wears off...sometimes I get obsessed with other things or I just get tired of thinking about it. I will most definitely finish both stories, but I don't know when. I've got a really packed and stressful semester at college coming up when I'm not going to have much time to do anything but study, especially if I want to pass. But I'll do my best to crank out another chapter or two in the near future. Something else I was planning to do was rewrite "Shadowy Bonds". I have some complaints about how Xelloss acts, and I think the story itself is way too fluffy and light. I like dark, angsty stuff, with the occasional gag humor in there somewhere. But I'm leaving this one up for the time being. Well that's it for my rambling. Later!

I haven't worked on my Shadowy Bonds fic, because inspiration hasn't really been good to me for that story. However, if you like it, keep checking every once in awhile
to see if it's been updated! You never know when I'll have a moment of revelation and have a new chapter ^_~
August 5, 2001 - I have to apologize to the people who actually gave me feedback. Thank you so much! I feel really retarded right about now...but at any rate, I do appreciate it. Feedback is nice. Suggestions, comments, constructive criticisms, etc. I do like them all. I like to know what people think of my stories, and not just my stories, but the rest of my page and its content. So, I'm sorry I sounded so rude in the last update. I guess I kind of forgot that I had a different email posted (and I forgot that I even had that email) so that is why I feel really retarded now. I am really happy that someone gave me feedback, though! Thank you thank you! Keep checking back for more chapters and other goodies in the near future!
July 29, 2001 - Fixed chapter 7 of Crow/Slayers fic, added Chapter 8. Please read! And after you're done reading or looking at the rest of my site, some feedback would be nice! Feedback, you know, like... oh, signing the guestbook, emailing me, etc. etc. You can even flame me if you want. Granted, there's a 100% chance that I won't bother replying to flames, but you can flame to your heart's content. But I would like comments on my site, and that includes everything. Fanfics, fanart, layout (it sucks, I know), overall content, etc. Suggestions, criticisms, anything. I'm all ears (or eyes, as the case may be). So please, I *know* you have been here because I've got that nifty little counter thing down there, and I *know* you are just *dying* to voice your opinion. Please do! However, I *will not* read criticisms about my choice of 'couple' in either Slayers or Trigun. I'm not getting into a petty argument over such a trivial topic. It's a 'cartoon', and if you feel the need to argue your point about a couple (example: Xelloss/Lina, Vash/Wolfwood), then do get a life.
July 5, 2001 - I added a LOT of fanart, as well as another fanfiction that I've been working on ever since I saw The Crow for the fiftieth time and was (surprise surprise) inspired to do a Slayers/The Crow crossover. I am really proud of this fic, even though the characters may seem WAY Out of Character, but ask me if I care. They're *supposed* to be out of character for this fic. That's just the way the cookie crumbles.
