Pizza Crust





Y'know how delivery pizzas have a thin little crust that's practically a cracker? This baby has a thick chewy crust that's practically a loaf of bread. ♥

INGREDIENTS

3-3 1/2 cups flour
1 pkg dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water and stir in sugar. Let sit 10 minutes, then stir in salt and 2 cups of flour and beat until smooth. Stir in oil and add enough remaining flour to make the dough easy to handle.

Turn on a lightly floured board. Knead until smooth (about 5 minutes). Put in a greased bowl and grease top of dough. Let stand in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Heat oven to 425°F. Shape dough onto a pizza pan. Add desired toppings, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
