Mini Oreo Cheesecakes





They're very small cheesecakes with oreos in the bottoms. What can I say?

INGREDIENTS

2 pkgs cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
12 oreos
1 cup cool whip
chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 350F. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about a minute and a half, or until it starts making explody noises. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition until just blended.

Place 1 cookie in bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Fill evenly with batter - 1/4 cup in each.

Bake 20 minutes, or until centres are almost set. Cool. Refridgerate for a few hours.

Drizzle with chocolate syrup - top with small dollop of whipped topping.
