Cream Cheese Icing





If the words 'cream cheese icing' don't halfway bring you to orgasm already, there's probably no hope for you.

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups icing sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice

Bring cream cheese to room temperature at least 2 hours before creaming. Cream well and add sugar and beat well to blend. Add melted butter, vanilla, and lemon juice. Combine thoroughly. If icing is not a spreading consistency, refridgerate until firmer, about 20 minutes.
