Cheese Sauce





Another ridiculously simple one. When I was a kid, this stuff was the only reason I was willing to eat broccoli. It's still great on broccoli, especially if the broccoli is raw.

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Heat milk, butter, and flour in a small saucepan until the butter melts. Add the cheese and stir until that's melted, too. Keep it warm until serving, or it sets like cement.
